Return • Conditions
We believe that a doe can make a mistake, change her mind or simply not like what she has chosen.
We have therefore decided to offer you the return or exchange costs!

Return conditions
✅ 14 days to return items that do not suit you (from the delivery date),
✅ Returned items must be new with their tags, unworn and unwashed,
✅ For easier handling, we work exclusively with our service provider Chronopost. Your package will be dropped off at a "Shop2Shop" relay point within the network or at a partner network in other European countries.
Our team is committed to processing your return within 10 days of receiving the package at our premises . We will carry out a routine check before validating the refund, which will take place, at most, 15 days after receiving the package at our store .
As provided for in our T&Cs, only the items will be refunded : the outward delivery costs (if any) will remain the responsibility of the buyer .
