We consider that a doe can make a mistake, change her mind or simply not like what she has chosen.
We have therefore decided to offer you the return or exchange costs!

Return conditions
✅ 14 days to return items that do not suit you,
✅ Returned items must be new with their tags, unworn or washed,
✅ For simpler management, we go exclusively through our service provider Chronopost. Your package will be dropped off at a “Shop2Shop” relay point in the network or in a partner network in other European countries.
Our team is committed to processing your return within 10 days of receipt of the package at our premises . We will carry out a usage check before validating the reimbursement which will take place, at most, 15 days after receipt of the package.
As provided for in our General Terms and Conditions, only the items will be reimbursed : outbound delivery costs (if they occur) will remain the responsibility of the buyer.
During sales periods or on our "Low prices" product range , €4 will be deducted from your refund as a contribution to the return shipping costs (in the case of returning a reduced/sale product).
